Very nice! But a few suggestions:

Make the taskbar a gradient from white to light gray, and make its edges dark and rounded like in OSX. That would take off that "Windows Classic" look the taskbar has. Also, the transparent addressbar and search don't go very well with with theme, it would match better with a rounded rectangle, like you see here [link]
And the start menu looks a little too plain on the left side. Otherwise, this is a very nice concept, looking forward to final release! =D

titlebar needs to be fixed before i'll use it (i'm picky about my themes :P). the "refresh" button looks ugly and you can see the white pixels underneath it

I love it... but try to make the taskbar smaller than this...

maybe some glass effect..? :D

one prob is that when searching on the taskbar the fonts cant be seen, please make it visible, great work going dude,

use leftsider, to move "close, minimize, etc." on the left
