Nice work again but you can look at your preview and there is a little problem with the shadows at the corners of the windows...
The start button is a bit too big... and not all that clean round... maybe just the little "4 squares" will be simple and delightful... and the start menu gray??
Also the overall blue is a bit too "punchy" and I'm not able to find the right window color to match the "punchy" blue...
Might I suggest a border padding of 1 or 2 maybe so the windows look a bit "slickier"...
